中文摘要:《论语》关于为政之道着重论及两个方面:一是“为政以德”,是为德治;二是“礼让为国”,是为礼治。前者代表着《论语》为政之道的核心价值取向,后者是《论语》为政之道的基本实践路径。但《论语》为政之道的理想境界却是“无为而治”。“无为而治”的实质是圣人“德盛”且“得人”,从而自然实现天下大治,“不见其有为之迹”。“无为而治”并非对有为之德治和礼治的否定,而是以之为基础的升华。德治、礼治与无为而治的统一构成了《论语》为政之道的完整形态,并呈现出情理交融、德智兼备的特点,亦充分体现了儒家的民本意识。

Governing by Morality,Governing by Etiquette and Governing by Non-action—A New Exploration of the Way of Governance in the Analects of Confucius
Abstract:The Analects of Confucius focuses on two aspects of the way of governance:one is “to govern with morality”,which is to govern by morality;the second is “courtesy for the country”, which is to govern by etiquette. The former represents the core value orientation of the Analects, and the latter is the basic practical path of the Analects. However,the ideal state of the way of governance in the Analects is “to govern by non-action”. The essence of “governing by non-action”is that the saint is “virtuous” and “gaining people”,so as to naturally bring about great order across the country,with “no trace of his pro-mising”.“Governing by non-action” is not a denial of the governing of morality and etiquette,but a sublimation based on them. The unity of governing by morality,governing by etiquette and governing by non-action constitutes the complete form of the way of governance in the Analects,and presents the characteristics of blending emotion and reason,and possessing both morality and intelligence, and fully reflects the people-oriented consciousness of Confucianism.
