中文摘要:毛泽东在会议讲话、信件文章、各级指示中，对国际传播方向性、全局性、战略性重大问题的观点和论述构成了毛泽东国际传播思想。毛泽东国际传播思想是毛泽东思想科学体系的重要组成部分，是中国共产党宣传工作的指导思想之一。在国际传播实践中，毛泽东对国际传播的本质论、价值论、方法论进行了深入探索，回答了国际传播为什么、国际传播谁来做、国际传播怎么做等关键性问题。毛泽东国际传播思想是新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期中国共产党国际传播理论与实践之集大成，他重视党对国际传播的总体控制，善用国际舆论影响国内革命，坚定舆论斗争的自信信念，这些原则已成为中国特色社会主义新时代国际传播重要的理论资源和思想武库，影响深远。

The Essence and Contemporary Value of Mao Zedong’s International Communication Thought

Abstract:Mao Zedong’s views on the directional, global, and strategic issues of international communication in his speeches, letters, articles, and instructions at various levels constitute Mao Zedong’s international communication thought. Mao Zedong’s thought on international communication is an important part of Mao Zedong Thought and one of the guiding ideology of the CPC’s propaganda work. In the practice of international communication, Mao Zedong conducted an in-depth exploration of the essence, value, and methodology of international communication, answering key questions such as why international communication is important, who should do it, and how to do it. Mao Zedong’s thought on international communication is the epitome of the CPC’s international communication theory and practice during the period of the new democratic revolution, the socialist revolution and construction. He attaches importance to the Party’s overall control over international communication, makes good use of international public opinions to influence domestic revolution, and firmly believes in the self-confidence of public opinion struggles. These principles have become important theoretical resources and ideological arsenal of international communication in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which is of far-reaching impact.
