| 中文摘要:基于网络外部性视角，选取东部三大城市群企业异地投资数据，研究城市投资网络产生的企业创新效应，得到主要结论：城市投资网络对企业创新具有显著的正外部性，提高城市在投资网络中的嵌入性是促进企业创新的有效方式；异质性分析发现，对于高融资约束、大规模和非国有企业，城市在投资网络中的嵌入性对企业创新的促进作用更为显著；城市投资网络通过降低企业交易成本和提高企业竞争力影响企业创新。建议推动资本跨区域自由流动，推进区域市场一体化，构建区域协同创新共同体。 |

| Innovation Effects of Inter-City Investment Network From the Perspective of Network Externalities—Based on the Cross-Regional Investment Data of Enterprises in the Three Major Urban Agglomerations in Eastern China |

| Abstract:Drawing on the perspective of network externalities and using crossregional investment data from enterprises located in three major eastern urban agglomerations, this paper studies the enterprise innovation effects generated by the inter-city investment network. The main conclusions are as follows: the inter-city investment network has significant positive externalities for enterprise innovation. Enhancing a city’s embeddedness in the investment network proves to be an effective means of promoting firm level innovation. Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the innovation promoting effect of network embeddedness is more pronounced for enterprises facing high financing constraints, for large scale firms, and for non state owned enterprises. Reducing transaction costs and strengthening corporate competitiveness are identified as two key mechanisms through which intercity investment networks influence enterprise innovation. Corresponding policy recommendations include promoting the free crossregional flow of capital, advancing regional market integration, and building a regionally coordinated innovation ecosystem. |
