| 中文摘要:基于互动仪式链理论，以长沙市N社区为典型案例，揭示原子化社区情感治理“情从何来—由情及治—情何以治”的递进机制。研究发现，社区情感治理遵循三个递进机制：需求回应机制以“空间载趣”推动陌生人在社区中情感联结从无到有地生成；角色重构机制通过“组织嵌入”与“制度支撑”，将社群领袖的非正式影响力转化为制度化治理角色，打通微观情感向治理效能跃迁的转化链条；循环强化机制则通过资源撬动与氛围增厚的双重回流，形成情感治理的自我强化循环。这一发现揭示，“以情聚人、以人成治”是原子化社区突破治理困境的内在逻辑，亦表明以情感重构社会联结是基层治理迈向善治的关键所在。 |

| Where Does Emotion Come From and How Can it Be Governed：A Study on the Progressive Mechanism of Emotional Governance in Atomized Communities |

| Abstract:Drawing on the interaction ritual chain theory, this study conducts an in-depth case analysis of Community N in Changsha to reveal the progressive mechanisms underlying emotional governance in atomized communities—namely, “where emotion originates, how emotion leads to governance, and how emotion sustains governance”. The findings identify three sequential mechanisms: the demand-response mechanism activates emotional bonds among strangers through “interest-embedded spaces”, generating emotional connectedness from scratch in communities bereft of affective foundations; the role-reconstruction mechanism transforms the informal influence of community leaders into institutionalized governance roles through “organizational embedding” and “institutional scaffolding”, bridging the transition from micro-level emotional energy to governance efficacy; the circular-reinforcement mechanism generates a self-reinforcing cycle of emotional governance through the dual feedback effects of resource leverage and atmospheric consolidation. These findings reveal that “gathering people through emotion and transforming people into governance” constitutes the underlying logic by which atomized communities transcend their governance predicaments, and further indicate that reconstructing social bonds through emotion is key to advancing grassroots governance toward good governance. |
