| 中文摘要:通过分析黑格尔早期手稿《伦理体系》的文献学特征、思想内涵及对现代性批判的哲学价值，指出《伦理体系》是黑格尔在耶拿时期构建其精神哲学体系的首次系统性尝试，其核心目标是从人类最原始的物质需求出发，演绎出思维和社会形态，以克服康德与费希特哲学所代表的现代性分裂，重建一种内在的、有机的“伦理总体性”。该手稿在方法论上主要借用了谢林的“级次方法”，但其思想内核已展现出黑格尔的独创性，特别是“否定性”原则的运用。与主流将黑格尔视为纯粹思辨体系建造者的刻板印象不同，《伦理体系》展现了黑格尔作为一位深刻诊断现代性危机的思想家的一面，其思想特征表现为哲学思辨与社会理论的深度融合。 |

| How Is Ethical Totality Possible —Hegel’s System of Ethical Life and the Critique of Modernity From the Perspective of Philology |

| Abstract:This paper provides an analysis of the philological characteristics，conceptual content，and philosophical value for the critique of modernity in Hegel’s early manuscript entitled System of Ethical Life. It argues that this manuscript is Hegel’s first systematic attempt during his Jena period to construct his philosophy of spirit. Starting from the most primitive human material needs，its core objective is to deduce forms of thought and social organization, aiming to overcome the divisions of modernity represented by the philosophies of Kant and Fichte， and to reconstruct an immanent， organic ethical totality. Methodologically， the manuscript primarily adopts Schelling’s method of potencies， yet its conceptual core already demonstrates Hegel’s originality， particularly in the application of the principle of negativity. Contrary to the mainstream stereotype of Hegel as a purely speculative system-builder， System of Ethical Life reveals him as a thinker offering a profound diagnosis of the crisis of modernity. |
