| Abstract:In social practice in the process of network society, full and symmetric information transfer does not avoid the bias forming from popular sympathy with the fact . As information technology changes the lifestyle，Voice in communication networks has become the main means of people participating social affairs in node Lifestyle. The core of social capital into cultural capital movements, as the important tool of participating social capital operation used by the topics order parameter media which is the core node of communication process，popular sympathy play an important role in the developing and evolving process of public opinion events. |
